Order cancellation

Once the order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

You can request a refund for ordered products ONLY IF:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (60 days from the day of ordering the product).
  • you have received a wrong or damaged product.

We DO NOT issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Note: If the product is wrong or damaged, you should submit refund requests within 5 days of receiving the product.
