Q. How long does the delivery of products take? 

A. The initial processing and dispatch from the warehouse will happen within 3 to 5 business days from the day of product order. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, excluding the processing time. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@anirin.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China.

So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 48 hours. 

Q. Under what circumstances do you provide a refund?

A. Only under two circumstances we provide a refund: when you do not receive the product within 60 days of purchase and when the received product is wrong or damaged.

Q. Will my information be secure?

A. Your privacy is important to us and we take it seriously. When placing an order, all information provided to us remains confidential — it is never shared or sold. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
